About Stepp Law Office

Kelly A. Stepp is a resident of Waynesburg, Pa since 2004. Prior to moving to Greene County, she was a life-long resident of Marianna, Pennsylvania in southwestern Washington County.

Kelly is a graduate of Bethlehem Center High School and a graduate of Washington Hospital School of Nursing in 1982. She earned her under-graduate degree in nursing from California University of Pennsylvania in 1990. She obtained a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2000 and has 12 years experience in the legal profession.

Prior to opening her private practice in Waynesburg in 2006, Kelly practiced law solely in the litigation department at a large law firm in West Virginia in the division of medical professional liability and general liability defense.

She maintains her West Virginia law license and continues to assist Pennsylvania residents in West Virginia litigation and family law matters.

In Pennsylvania, Kelly assists clients in the following areas of legal practice:

Prior to obtaining her law degree from WVU, Kelly worked as a Registered Nurse in Washington and Greene Counties for 15 years. She has worked in hospital settings including the ICU and Emergency Departments, long-term care and home care as well as being an LPN instructor at the Greene County Career and Technology Center. Her education and experience in the provision of nursing care in these settings has proved invaluable in her legal career, giving her a solid background in evaluating personal injury, workers’ compensation and disability claims.
